• Personal Care: They assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring they can perform essential tasks comfortably and safely. This includes aid with hygiene, dressing, eating, and mobility.
• Nursing Measures: Our PSWs perform selected nursing measures to support the health and wellbeing of residents, always under the guidance and supervision of registered staff.
• Monitoring: They meticulously observe physical and emotional changes in residents, and promptly report significant changes to the registered staff. This ensures timely intervention and adjustment of care plans as needed.
• Environment Maintenance: Our PSWs are instrumental in maintaining a safe, clean, and odor-free environment, contributing significantly to the overall comfort and wellbeing of residents.
